
SpotAudit™ Service Agreement for NZ based Motels (2 September 2009)
- The object of this agreement is to ensure the customer understands how the SpotAudit™ service works and what are his obligations toward Imezio Ltd, before ordering the service. By clicking the "Buy Now" button at the end of this page, the customer accepts this agreement without any reservations. - At the time being, orders can only be taken for audits based in New Zealand. Orders placed for outside New Zealand will incur an administration fee and may not be refunded.
- When clicking on the "Buy Now", the customer will be brought to the PayPal payment site where he will be prompted to enter the delivery address and his credit card details to proceed with the transaction.
- After completing the transaction with Paypal, the customer will receive an email confirmation from PayPal for his payment.
- Within one business day, the customer will receive a second confirmation from Imezio Ltd with a shipping date and an Estimated Time of Delivery for the SpotAudit equipment - also called "SpotAuditor". All our SpotAudit™ shipping is tracked and has an overnight target delivery. In New Zealand, NZ Post CourierPost is the only freight service recognised by Imezio Ltd to ensure the transport of the SpotAuditor equipment.
- When the customer receives the SpotAudit™ parcel, care must be given to (1) the SpotAuditor and (2) the protective material used for the shipping as it will be re-used for the return.
- In a dry place, suitable to operate any kind of electric and electronic device, the customer will lift the lid of the SpotAuditor and press the power button located on the top right of the keyboard.
- The SpotAuditor will start and display a "Starting System..." screen followed by a "SpotAudit progress screen".
- At the end of the progress bar, the SpotAuditor will shutdown automatically.
- At this point the customer will slide the SpotAuditor back in its protective envelope, then in the return CourierPost envelope enclosed, and bring the CourierPost parcel back to a New Zealand Post office on the same day.
- Note that every additional 24 hours will be invoiced $120 exclusive GST.
- Upon reception of the SpotAuditor, Imezio will retrieve the collected data, proceed with the analysis, and send a report back to the email address provided by the customer on the Paypal payment site. The report is comprised of two areas: findings and advice.
- The findings area describes what has been sensed by the SpotAuditor™ when activated on the site: existing wireless networks, channels used and relative strengths, indication of any interference at the time the SpotAuditor was activated. The customer accepts the results given by Imezio will be provided in good faith with the best possible level of accuracy.
- The advice area specifies which Wi-Fi channels should be used, and which Wi-Fi channels should not be used, on the basis of the data collected on site. The customer accepts the advice provided by Imezio will be provided in good faith with the best possible level of accuracy.
- The customer accepts Imezio will keep the data collected for statistical use, but will not provide this data to any third party at any time.
- The customer abandons any kind of recourse against Imezio for any reason, including hardware, software, shipping, payment, findings, advice, and their consequences.
- The customer accepts the entire responsibility for the SpotAuditor from the moment New Zealand Post has delivered the parcel to the location entered in the PayPal form, till the equipment is delivered to the office of Imezio Ltd in charge of the SpotAudit™ operations, as indicated on the return bag enclosed. In this matter the customer accepts New Zealand Post to be the authoritative source of information regarding the date the parcel is received by the customer, and the date the parcel is received back by Imezio. Should the SpotAuditor™ be not returned to Imezio office within 7 days from the date of reception, the customer will pay $5,000 to Imezio to cover the loss of the equipment, the loss of production, and the prejudice regarding the intellectual property of Imezio.
- The customer will not temper with the hardware or the software in any way, nor he will try to use any of the connectors available on the equipment.
- Imezio will endeavour to send a SpotAuditor within the shortest possible timeframe to the customer. The customer accepts that any delay between the order and the reception of the SpotAuditor that is less than 5 business days is acceptable and will not be cause for annulation or reimbursement. Customers are invited to make contact with Imezio Ltd, by phone or by email, to enquire about the availability of a SpotAuditor. Longer delays are eligible for cancelation and refund. In this matter, the customer accepts New Zealand Post to be the authoritative source of information regarding the date the parcel is received by the customer.
